These Terms explain how Advanced Hospitality Ltd operates betwinner.ng for players in Nigeria. By creating an account or placing a bet you agree to them. Last updated: 19 July 2026.

These Terms govern your use of the betwinner.ng website, mobile site and mobile applications (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old. Gambling is illegal for minors in Nigeria.
1.2 You must be a resident of Nigeria and physically located in Nigeria at the time of play.
1.3 You must not be subject to any self-exclusion — through betwinner.ng directly, the LSLGA SafePlay national self-exclusion portal, another Nigerian state gaming regulator, or any foreign regulator.
1.4 You must not be acting as agent, nominee, or on behalf of any third party.
1.5 Misrepresentation of any of the above is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. Your account
2.1 One account per person. Multiple accounts may all be closed and balances forfeited.
2.2 Registration information. You must provide accurate, current information — full legal name (matching your BVN/NIN), date of birth, address, valid email, valid Nigerian phone number.
2.3 Account security. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify the operator help centre on betwinner.ng immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
2.4 KYC verification. You must verify identity before withdrawing. Acceptable documents: Nigerian National Identity Number (NIN), Driver's Licence, International Passport, or Permanent Voter's Card, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement. See our KYC page.
2.5 Account closure. You may close your account at any time. We may close or suspend your account where we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, VPN use to misrepresent location, or play by a self-excluded person.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
3.1 Currency. The Service is Naira-native (NGN). All deposits, wagers, balances, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated in ₦.
3.2 Deposit methods. Methods published on the deposit page, currently including the operator help centre on betwinner.ng. Crypto/USDT deposit is not offered on betwinner.ng — those methods, where available, belong to a different offshore entity (betwinner.com) and are not part of this Service.
3.3 Minimums and maximums. Minimum deposit the operator help centre on betwinner.ng. Minimum withdrawal the operator help centre on betwinner.ng. Per-transaction, daily and monthly limits are published in the cashier at the time of transaction.
3.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for deposit where possible. We may require additional verification before a first or large withdrawal. See the withdrawal page.
3.5 Fees. We do not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier.

4. Bonuses and promotions
4.1 Welcome bonus. New players may claim a 100% first deposit bonus up to ₦655,000 plus 150 free spins. Full terms on the bonus page. Key conditions: minimum qualifying deposit; 5× wagering of the bonus amount in accumulator bets of 3+ selections at minimum odds 1.40 each; 30-day validity; free spins carry their own wagering requirement on winnings.
4.2 Promo codes. betwinner.ng has its own Promo Code Store. Any promo code redeemable on the Service is published there. Codes promoted on third-party affiliate sites (including NIGFOOT, SPORTYVIP, 1CODEWIN, JBVIP, BCVIP, ODDSPEDIA) are not issued by us and do not provide any bonus beyond what is available directly on the Service.
4.3 Bonus abuse — including matched betting, arbitrage between bonus and real balances, multi-accounting, coordinated play, or exploiting any technical error — voids bonuses, may void winnings, and may result in account closure.
4.4 Promotion changes. We may withdraw or amend any promotion prospectively with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect bonuses already activated under previously published terms.
5. Sports betting
5.1 Odds are fixed once the bet is accepted, except where a market is voided (5.4).
5.2 Bet acceptance. A bet is not accepted until confirmed on screen and assigned a bet ID.
5.3 Cash out is subject to real-time market conditions and may be suspended. Cash Out amounts are not guaranteed until confirmed.
5.4 Void bets. Bets are voided and stakes returned if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or fails to settle per our rules. Full settlement rules: the operator help centre on betwinner.ng.
5.5 Errors. Where a palpable error in odds, market, or settlement is made, we may void or re-settle the affected bet at the correct terms.
6. Casino and games
6.1 Fairness. Casino games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and use certified Random Number Generators. Crash games including Aviator (Spribe) use a provably fair model.
6.2 Malfunction voids all pays and plays; stakes are returned.
6.3 Jackpots. Progressive jackpot contributions and payouts are subject to the supplying provider's rules the operator help centre on betwinner.ng.
6.4 Where third-party provider rules conflict with these Terms, the provider's game-specific rules apply to that game.
7. Prohibited conduct
You will not:
7.1 Use the Service if under 18, or if subject to any self-exclusion.
7.2 Use a VPN, proxy or other tool to misrepresent your physical location.
7.3 Deposit proceeds of crime, or use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose.
7.4 Allow any third party to use your account.
7.5 Reverse-engineer, scrape, or access our systems other than through normal use of the Service.
7.6 Exploit any bug, latency, or technical error for financial gain.
7.7 Cooperate with other players to manipulate outcomes, bonuses, or markets.
7.8 Use the Service in a professional or commercial capacity without our written consent.
Violation is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 The Service — including the betwinner brand, logo, software, design, text and graphics — is owned by Advanced Hospitality Ltd and/or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international IP law.
8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written consent.
8.3 Third-party provider trademarks remain the property of those providers. Spribe® and Aviator® the operator help centre on betwinner.ng and other provider marks are used under licence.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. The landing site is static and does not host user-submitted forms; personal data described in the Privacy Policy is collected only through the licensed operator platform.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
10.2 The Operator's aggregate liability for direct losses is limited to the operator help centre on betwinner.ng, except where liability cannot be limited under Nigerian law (death, personal injury, fraud).
10.3 We are not liable for losses caused by your breach of these Terms, by third parties (payment providers, internet providers, game suppliers), or by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
10.4 We are not liable for losses from technical failures — internet connectivity, device failure, or outage of the Service — except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
11. Warranty
11.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11.2 We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law.
12. Dispute resolution
12.1 Internal complaints. First contact support at the operator help centre on betwinner.ng. We aim to acknowledge within the operator help centre on betwinner.ng and resolve within the operator help centre on betwinner.ng.
12.2 Regulator escalation. If unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant Nigerian gaming regulator — the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority licence (see operator footer for current number) for LSLGA-licensed activity, or the National Lottery Regulatory Commission the operator help centre on betwinner.ng. Following the November 2024 Supreme Court ruling nullifying the National Lottery Act 2005, primary regulatory authority sits with the 36 state gaming commissions.
12.3 Arbitration. Except for regulator claims, disputes are resolved by arbitration administered by the operator help centre on betwinner.ng under its rules. Seat: Lagos, Nigeria. Language: English.
12.4 Court jurisdiction. Courts of Nigeria, with Lagos State as the agreed forum.
13. Responsible gaming
13.1 Players must be 18+. Tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion.

13.3 If we identify behaviour consistent with problem gambling, we may apply limits, cool-off periods or account closure.
14. Tax
14.1 Winnings may be subject to Nigerian tax. It is your responsibility to determine and discharge any tax liability.
14.2 Where Nigerian law requires the Operator to withhold tax on winnings, we will withhold at the prescribed rate and remit to the relevant authority the operator help centre on betwinner.ng.
15. Marketing communications
15.1 By registering, you consent to receive marketing communications by email and SMS unless you opt out. You may opt out at any time through account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any communication.
15.2 We will not send marketing to any person we know to be under 18 or self-excluded.
16. Changes to these Terms
16.1 We may amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app message at least the operator help centre on betwinner.ng before the change takes effect.
16.2 Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
16.3 Changes that reduce your accrued rights or increase your obligations do not apply retrospectively.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Following the Supreme Court's 22 November 2024 ruling nullifying the National Lottery Act 2005, gaming regulation in Nigeria operates primarily at the state level. These Terms are construed accordingly — including by reference to the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Law, 2021, and any successor state or federal legislation (including, if enacted, the Central Gaming Bill 2025 and the FSGRN Unified Subnational Gaming License framework).
18. Miscellaneous
18.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
18.2 Waiver. No failure or delay in enforcing any provision is a waiver of it.
18.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign to a successor on reasonable notice.
18.4 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming page, Bonus rules and KYC page, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator.
18.5 Languages. These Terms are provided in English. A Hausa summary may be provided for convenience; in the event of conflict, the English version controls.
